Preferred Client Program Terms & Conditions: February 01, 2015
These Terms & Conditions govern your membership in the Alliance Insurance Group Preferred Client Program. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By signing the attached Preferred Client Registration Form and enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the other rules, policies, and procedures of the Program.
The Preferred Client Program is open only to residents of Lebanon who are 18 years old or older and have not reached 64 years old.
You agree to pay to Alliance Insurance Group a registration fee of:
US$ 35/- for a Preferred Club Membership, US$ 45/- for a Preferred Executive Membership, US$ 55/- for a Preferred Elite Membership and US$ 105/- for a Preferred Elite VIP Membership.
First anniversary onwards, NO renewal fees shall apply if during the membership period the client’s minimum insurance paid premiums is equal to a 5% of the Personal Accident Sum Insured as applied to his/her membership. For example, if the Personal Accident Sum Insured is US$15,000 then the minimum insurance paid premiums should be equal to US$750.
Minimum insurance paid premiums by Membership as required for waiving of renewal fees as follows:
Preferred Club US$750/-, Preferred Executive US$1,000/-, Preferred Elite US$1,250/- and Preferred Elite VIP US$2,500/-.
In case where the client has to pay the renewal fees, then these fees are nonrefundable after THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the date on which the transaction occurs. When you enroll in the Program you will receive an Alliance Insurance Group ID number (Alliance Insurance Group ID). You will also provide an email and password if you wish to access the Helpdesk Customer Support. Please keep your Alliance Insurance Group ID and online Helpdesk Customer Support password secret. You are entirely responsible for any activity under your Alliance Insurance Group ID. You must promptly notify Alliance Insurance Group of any actual or attempted unauthorized use of your Alliance Insurance Group ID.
Personal Accident Cover
Holder of Alliance Insurance Group ID benefits from a Personal Accident Cover including a) Loss of Life due to Accident, b) Dismemberment, Loss of Sight, Hearing Speech Indemnity due to Accident, c) Total & Permanent Disability due to Accident for a Principal Sum of:
US$ 15,000 for Preferred Club Card, US$ 20,000 for Preferred Executive Card, US$ 25,000 for Preferred Elite Card or US$ 50,000 for Preferred Elite VIP Card. Subsequently, an insurance certificate will be issued by our Insurers provides you with an easy to understand summary of your Personal Accident Protection Plan and serves as an individual certificate of Insurance under the Master Policy issued by the Company to the Policyholder. If any conflict should arise between the content of this Certificate and the said Master Policy, the terms of the Master policy shall prevail. Terms, Conditions, Exclusions and Limits of the Insurers & Master Policy shall apply. NO COVER SHALL TAKE EFFECT UNTILL THE INDIVIDUAL CERTIFICATE IS ISSUED BY OUR INSURERS.
Discount on New Business & Other Benefits
The Alliance Insurance Group ID may be used to purchase Alliance Insurance Group products (Home Property & Auto All Risks) up to 10% discount off the Suggested Retail Price. Other lines of insurance for less discount. Program membership may also include access to special product offers and other benefits from time to time, at Alliance Insurance Group’s discretion. Program membership and benefits are nontransferable. Alliance Insurance Group reserves the right to modify the Program. Please read the Preferred Client Program Benefits page on Alliance Insurance Group Official Page allianceig.com for additional information regarding special product offers and other benefits, including how the Program works with other Alliance Insurance Group incentive offers.
After three years of a continuous coverage, a longevity discount shall apply to the client’s account for the Home & Auto (All Risks) insurance policies issued and paid as following:

4th anniversary 4% 0%
5th anniversary onwards 5% 0%
If, for any reason, a policy must be reinstated or rewritten, the discount or any accumulated credit is forfeited, and the determination of longevity begins anew.
If clients’ Auto (All Risks) insurance remain claims-free for a continuous period of 3 years, there shall be an added discount of 2% to the above Auto (All Risks) renewal discount starting the 4th anniversary onwards.
The discount may not be available on certain non-qualifying Alliance Insurance Group products, in Alliance Insurance Group’s discretion. Alliance Insurance Group will endeavor to disclose non-qualifying Alliance Insurance Group products online at allianceig.com. Other exclusions, terms, conditions or underwriting procedure may apply.
Program Membership Term & Renewal
The Program term is one year. The term starts on the date you complete your registration and expires on the end of the month falling in the anniversary of your registration date. At the end of the term, Alliance Insurance Group will automatically charge the cost of Personal Accident Cover for the renewal fee on renewal in case of non-qualifying for free renewal fee. If you do not wish the automatically renew option, you may unsubscribe by contacting Alliance Insurance Group’s customer service before fifteen days from the renewal date.
Program Membership Cancellation & Termination
You may CANCEL this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the date on which it was executed. If you cancel, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you, will be returned within 10 BUSINESS DAYS following receipt by Alliance Insurance Group of your cancellation notice. You may cancel your Program membership, for any reason, by not paying the renewal fee at the end of the term, and your Program membership will not be renewed for an additional one year term. If you do not renew your Program membership, you may continue to purchase Alliance Insurance Group products using your Alliance Insurance Group ID, but you will not receive the discount or other benefits of Program membership.
Alliance Insurance Group may terminate your Program membership and, in Alliance Insurance Group’s discretion, revoke your Alliance Insurance Group ID, if you, in Alliance Insurance Group’s discretion: (a) violate these Terms & Conditions, any other rules, policies, or procedures of the Program, or any applicable law or regulation; or (b) engage in any deception, forgery, fraud, or commit any other abuse of the Program.
The information you provide as a member of the Program will be managed by Alliance Insurance Group as described here with. By registering as a Preferred Client or Client you are agreeing that your personal information will be shared with Alliance Insurance Group, Alliance Insurance Group Independent Consultants who may wish to share with you promotions or product specials available from Alliance Insurance Group and third party service providers used by Alliance Insurance Group to provide you with products, such as common carriers and web service providers. You may change your privacy settings by logging into your on Alliance Insurance Group’s website or by contacting Alliance Insurance Group’s customer service.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLIANCE INSURANCE GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THOSE ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE). TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLIANCE INSURANCE GROUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING FOR THE INDIRECT LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND UNDER WHATEVER CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY BROUGHT (INCLUDING UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY OF LIABILITY) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon without regard to any conflict of laws principles. Any dispute with reference to these Terms & Conditions or any other Benefits under this Program or about the construction of this Program shall be settled at the Lebanese Courts.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
From time to time, Alliance Insurance Group may change these Terms & Conditions. Those changes will go into effect on the Revision Date shown in the revised Terms & Conditions. If Alliance Insurance Group changes these Terms & Conditions, Alliance Insurance Group will plan to notify you by posting the revised Terms & Conditions on the Alliance Insurance Group website; however, it is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions before submitting each order under your Alliance Insurance Group ID. By continuing to use the Program, you agree to the amended Terms & Conditions.
Under no circumstances will Alliance Insurance Group be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due in whole or in part to any acts of nature or other causes beyond its reasonable control. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of Alliance Insurance Group to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions will not prevent Alliance Insurance Group from enforcing such right or provision in the future. Alliance Insurance Group may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or equity, or by operation of law.
