In the event of a road accident, you are requested to:
1- Immediately call on “Loss Expert” prior to leaving the accident scene
Even if it seems like the damage is minor, calling the expert is crucial to get a report on record.
2- Exchange your contact information
When you finish filing your report, exchange contact and insurance information with the other driver before you leave.
3- Fill out and submit the Motor Claim Form within a period not exceeding 3 days of the accident date, along with a copy of your car registration and driver’s license. Failure of doing so will result in considering your claim null and void.
